Educational Qualification & Experience

 

 Sr. Manager (Human Resources)

(1) Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks and Two years MBA/MSW with specialized in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management with at least 55% marks or Bachelor Degree with 50% marks at least & Two years Master Degree/ PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Personnel Management &Industrial Relations with 55% marks at least.

 Preference will be given to candidates who are having the additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law. (Professional)

(2) 12 years Post Qualification Executive Experience (plus experience as ET /MT) in line; the candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector should have at least one-year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equal pay scale

Manager (Chemical)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with at least 55% marks

 (2) 08 years Post Qualification Executive Experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line, the candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector should have at least one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equal pay scale

 Manager (Finance & Accounts)

(1) CA/ICWA or B.Com with at least 55% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with at least 55% marks. or Graduation (B.A.) with Economics Honours with at least 55% marks and two years MBA with Finance specialization in with at least 55% marks; or Graduation (B.A. /B.Sc.) with Mathematics Honours with at least 55% marks and Two years MBA with Finance specialization with at least 55% marks

 (2) 08 years Post Qualification Executive Experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line, the candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector should have at least one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equal pay scale

 Deputy Manager (Chemical)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with at least 55% marks

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with 60% marks at least.

(2) 01 year Post qualification Executive Experience (plus experience as GET / ET / MT) in line

 Senior Engineer (Instrumentation)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics with 60% marks at least.

 (2) 01 year Post qualification Executive Experience (plus experience as GET / ET / MT) in line

Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

(1) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile with 60% marks at least.

(2) 01 year Post qualification Executive Experience (including experience as GET/ ET / MT) in line

 Senior Officer (Law)

(1) In any discipline Graduate Degree with 60% marks at least and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (at least 03 years professional course) with 60% marks at least. Or 05 year included LLB Degree (Professional) with 60% marks at least.

The Candidates having Master Degree in Law (LLM) will be given preference.

 (2) Candidate should have joined as an Advocate and acquire minimum 01-year post-qualification experience as a Law Executive in Public Sector / Large Private Sector Companies or as an Advocate in a reputed Law Firm/ Bar and /or District and higher courts in handling litigations before Arbitration Tribunals, Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Forums

 Senior Officer (Marketing)

(1) Engineering Bachelor Degree with 60% marks at least and Two years MBA with marketing specialization with 60% marks at least.

 (2) 01-year Post-Qualification Executive Experience (plus experience as ET / MT) in line

 Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be based on Written Test, Interview
