UJET is the abbreviation of University Joint Entrance Test. This examination is conducted by the ASUR which is Association of Self-Financing Universities of Rajasthan, Jaipur. It is an entrance exam which is carries out for taking admissions in undergraduate and postgraduate programme presented by the self-sustaining contributing members of universities of Rajasthan.

Eligibility : -

For BA LLB / LLB (5 years)

Candidate must have passed class 12 with at least 50% marks in aggregate in any stream.

For LLM (2 years)

Candidate must have passed LLB with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

For Ph.D. in Law (2 years)

Candidate must have passed LLM with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

For Diploma in Business Law (1 year)

Candidate must have passed Graduation in any stream with minimum Second Division.

For B.Tech. (All Branches)

Candidate must have passed class 12 with Science Stream (PHYSICS and MATHS.)


Admission Procedure:-

•  The cost of UJET form is Rs 50/-

•  Admission in the University shall be made strictly on the basis of merit.

•  Merit for admission in the University may be determined either on the basis of marks or grade obtained in the qualifying examination, achievements in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities or on the basis of marks or grade obtained in the entrance test conducted at the State level either by an association of the universities conducting similar courses or by any agency of the State:
Provided that admission in professional and technical courses shall be made only through entrance test.

•  Reservation in admission to the University for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other backward classes, women and handicapped persons shall be provided as per the policy of the State Government.

Exam Pattern: 

•  The written exam is considered to evaluate the aptitude of the candidates to pursue the B.Tech , BA LLB / LLB . The following areas have been usually included in the entrance test in the past. They are Quantitative Ability (Based on Mathematics up to class XII or its equivalent), Reasoning and Analytical Ability, General English and Business and General Awareness.

•  Eligible candidate will be required to attempt 100 questions in 2.00 Hours (120 minutes). The answers are to be marked by blue or black ball point pen on a separate answer sheet provided during the entrance test.

•  Every correct answer will get a score of + 3 marks, every wrong answer will get a score of - 1 mark and a question not answered will get a score of 0 marks. Marking of multiple answers for one question shall be treated as wrong answer.

•  The test shall be of 2 hours duration, extra time will be given to the candidate for filling up details on test booklet and answer sheet, marking attendance, verification of candidates' documents, distribution, and collection of test material etc.
