The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a half-day, standardized test administered four times each year at designated testing centers throughout the world. It is an integral part of the law school admission process in the United States, Canada, and a growing number of other countries.

This is a competitive world and is growing at a fast speed. Only few who can get the opportunity to get what they want from life. Becoming a lawyer is not a big deal, if you are really interested in it. But, you have to study hard to beat the entrance examination LSAT for getting admission into the prestigious colleges related to law.LSAT is designed to assess reading comprehension, logical, and verbal reasoning proficiencies. Candidates have the benefit of taking a single test – the LSAT– to become eligible for the admissions process of multiple law colleges. The LSAT helps law schools make sound admission decisions by providing a standard measure of acquired reading and verbal reasoning skills that law schools can use as one of several factors in assessing applicants. Usually the LSAT Examinations are conducted four times in a year, which are June, December, October, and February.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the LSAT, the Students must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Students who have completed his 10+2 examination can also apply.

Total duration: 2 hours and 35 minutes including one break of 15 minutes between Logical reasoning and Analytical Reasoning.

Marks allocation:

Correct attempt: 1 mark

Incorrect attempt: There is no deduction for incorrect answers and all questions count equally. In other words, there is no penalty for guessing.

How to apply for LSAT Exam:

Candidates can register for LSAT—India through ONLINE mode or by sending a Demand Draft. The LSAT—India registration fee is Rs. 3500/- ; the fee can be paid online or by a demand draft/pay order/ banker's cheque.

Limitations on Test Taking:

LSAT entrance exam is for three times in two years you cannot apply for this test more than three times no matter that you can cancel your mark or your mark is not reported. If you avoid this policy then LSAT has the full right to cancel your registration, admission ticket or they also take severe steps to execute this policy.

LSAT Registration Form Acknowledgement:

Registration forms received without the proper notified registration fee or insufficient or incorrect details or received beyond the specified closing time and date will be summarily rejected and Pearson VUE shall not entertain any queries with respect to the same.

Admit Card:

Only candidates whose registration form has been properly completed in all respects who have paid the applicable Test Fee will be entitled to take the LSAT—India examination for that particular calendar year. The admit card will be available for download from this website for all candidates whose registration is accepted. Each admit card ticket will include a unique candidate identification number generated at the time of registration which shall be the candidate's "registration number".

Pearson VUE is not responsible for non-download of the same due to any force majeure conditions. Candidates who are not able to download their admit card can call the customer support phone number published on www.pearsonvueindia.com/lsatindia or e-mail lsatindia@pearson.com to seek assistance.

The   LSAT India   is an offline test i.e. paper-pencil test. All the questions contain multiple-choice answer, some questions contain four answer choices and some have five choices of answer.

  • To register for this entrance you have to apply online, fill the online forma carefully on the  official website of LSAT India .
  • Candidates have to pay through online (via credit card only) before   the informed date   or through a demand draft.
